The Vermont Folk Art Gallery is located in the charming village and artist community of Brandon, Vermont. It is the premier destination for contemporary American Folk Art and home to the finest and most well-renowned folk artists in the country.

Warren Kimble- America’s most beloved living folk artist, Warren’s work has been licensed around the world and it is the most recognized folk art in the world. During your visit, you can stop and chat with Warren on most days that the gallery is open. Warren Kimble draws on more than 50 years of experience as a fine artist, educator, and antiques collector to create a casual but sophisticated style of American Folk Art.

Robin Kent- Robin is a well known and noted folk artist. Robin is best known for her three-dimensional art that draws admirers and collectors from across the region. Robin’s work is in the American Folk Art Museum in New York City. The gallery serves as Robin’s studio and she is present most days. Since I was a child, I loved getting lost in the process of moving abstract shapes around until seeing a form that speaks to me. My narrative contemporary folk art focuses on familiar, under appreciated, and possibly imagined moments.

Medana Gabbard- Medana is a well-known folk artist known for her incredible attention to detail of scenes from yesteryear. Medana is a licensed artist whose work can be found on jigsaw puzzles, calendars, notebooks, and other items. You can find Medana’s work in major retailers and on Amazon. Medana is in every sense a folk artist. She has never had any formal art training. She was born and raised in Arizona to wonderful parents that always encouraged her artistic energy. Her father Edward Galda was an amazing artist but never formally taught her to paint. Medana learned by observing her father and brother, artist Edward Galda Jr. create.

This unique collection of folk art and folk artists draws visitors from around the world. Our hours are varied and many days the artist can be found working in their studio and the doors will be open for visitors to stop in.
