Brandon Speech-Language Pathology, PLLC, is a private speech therapy practice based in Brandon, Vermont.  Heather Nelson, M.S., CCC-SLP is the owner and speech-language pathologist.  She carries a Vermont license for Speech-Language Pathology with an educational endorsement, and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. This practice provides speech-language evaluation, consultation, and therapy.  Brandon Speech-Language Pathology, PLLC also presents in-person and remote inservice for local child care professionals, early interventionists, and parents about language development and ways to promote communication skill growth.

My work as a speech-language pathologist is extremely fulfilling. Communication is a vital ingredient to happiness and autonomy, and it is a privilege to support children and families with development of communication skills. My work is diverse and never boring – the kids I work with make sure of that! I love making connections with families in our local community and surrounding areas of Vermont.
