Culinary Classes
As former Executive Chef of the New England Culinary institute, Chef Robert of Cafe Provence is passionate about teaching the culinary arts. From his on air spots with WCAX TV to his classes held in the restaurant on most Monday afternoons (check the schedule here), he and his very talented Chefs and Pastry Chefs generously share their classic techniques with students and home chefs of all abilities. After tasting the fruits of their labor, students are sent home with the knowledge they need to replicate many of the items that have been featured on the restaurant’s menu. 11 Center Street (802) 247-9997
